Rescheduling Policy

We here at theSAFERchild realize that our customers have busy schedules which sometimes need to be adjusted to make room for the ups and downs of life. Therefore, we offer the ability to reschedule any appointment ONCE under the following conditions: 1) Reschedule request must be made at least 24 hours in advance of appointment 2) New appointment must be scheduled for date within 30 days of original appointment 3) Appointment must be rescheduled online utilizing the link, username and password issued in your confirmation email. Reschedules falling outside of these conditions will be considered cancellations.
